CoreLogic weekly Australian house price index

In the week ended 7 July 2016, the Core Logic-RP Data 5-city daily dwelling price index, which covers the five major capital city markets rose by 0.14%:

Values rose everywhere:

Since the beginning of the year, home values have risen by 5.66%, with all capitals except Perth recording increases (see next chart).
