However, the bigger picture remains distinct slowing in an already luke warm labour market. The 3mmm moving average is at 0.5% and the rolling annual is down again to 9.4%. Moreover the latter is set to slow sharply as it catches up on a weak six months. Year over year August growth was only 2.1%.

The labour market is not strong.
