The SMH’s Elizabeth Farrelly – a former Sydney Councillor – has penned another article decrying the proliferation of low quality “slum” high-rise apartments across her beloved Sydney:

Look at Wolli Creek, Redfern, Rhodes, Bondi Junction, Bankstown, Parramatta, Green Square, North Sydney, Waterloo, Lewisham. It’s ignorant and it’s cruel – at many levels: systemically, architecturally, in urban planning terms and in terms of what is destroyed…
