Housing industry lobbyists are again warning that Australia faces a chronic lack of housing supply once ‘Big Australia’ immigration is rebooted, necessitating more liberal planning laws and faster land release:
Blake Schulze, national residential director at Colliers, said there was a significant undersupply of new residential dwellings throughout NSW.
