Chalmers celebrates new year with huge wages lie

This bloke is the biggest liar I have seen in the federal parliament. Much worse than Scott Morrison. This is toxic:

Releasing Treasury analysis to mark his return to work for the new year, Dr Chalmers said aggregate wages grew 4 per cent in the year to the September quarter, the fastest annual growth since 2009.

Wages for the lowest paid 20 per cent of workers jumped 6.7 per cent, while it was 5 per cent for the second lowest paid quintile. Pay packets for the highest 20 per cent of wage earners increased by just 3.2 per cent.

“At a time when cost-of-living pressures are putting working families under the pump, this data shows that wages are growing faster under Labor than they have in nearly 15 years, and lowest-paid workers are receiving the biggest boost,” Dr Chalmers said.

If we add inflation, real wages have been devastated under Chalmers in a manner no modern Treasurer can match:

Moreover, the lower the income, the worse it is likely to have been because the epicentre of Alboflation is in costs that make up a much more significant proportion of expenses such as rent and energy bills.

Treasurer Jim “Chicken” Chalmers would be hounded from office if we had any press.
